Meze Platters
Start with shareable trays of hummus, baba ghanoush, mixed meze, falafel, sarma or borek. Meze trays are arranged for groups of 10; order multiple trays for a larger gathering.
Hot Entree Buffet
Build your feast around chicken, beef, lamb, Adana, kofte, salmon or shrimp kebaps. Each party buffet serves 10 with rice, Cazbar signature salad, fresh bread and cacik sauce. Plates and cutlery are included.
